For our customer we are seeking a dynamic, sales-driven CEO to lead the growth strategy and expand the market presence in France. Our client is a leader in TMS and SCM SaaS solutions.

As CEO, you will be responsible for driving the company's strategic direction, with a specific focus on sales growth, business development, and market expansion. You will lead a high-performance team and foster strong customer relationships to ensure sustainable success and profitability.

• Develop and implement a sales-focused business strategy to accelerate growth in the French market, aligning with global objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the team to exceed ambitious sales targets and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Forge and nurture strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders, positioning the company as a market leader.
• Oversee financial performance, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations, driving continuous improvement and maintaining a competitive edge.
• Act as the face of the company at key industry events and conferences, building the company's reputation and brand.

• Proven experience as a CEO or senior executive in sales-driven environments, ideally in logistics technology or related industries.
• Strong track record in business development, sales leadership, and driving revenue growth.
• Deep knowledge of the French logistics market and relevant regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering profitable growth.
• Fluency in both French and English is essential.
