Manager CRM and Sales Excellence - Leading European Customs Partner

We are looking for a driven Manager CRM and Sales Excellence to successfully deliver the CRM roadmap and sales effectiveness improvements across the international organization.


Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and continued rollout and establishment of the chosen CRM platform, processes and concepts across the international countries, working closely with country organizations ensuring successful implementation and adoption

  • Lead and execute international sales effectiveness initiatives and projects on marketing & sales processes, organization, tooling and information

  • Build relations and liaise with regional and other stakeholders to understand needs and requirements, encourage adoption and participation, and ensure value creation

  • Lead the execution of the CRM roadmap, responsible for the CRM solution

  • Key contact for the CRM supplier and implementation partner

  • Project manage cross-functional teams delivering new CRM country/entity roll-outs and functional releases

  • Deliver and manage release planning and rollout planning

  • Promote CRM, act as a champion

  • Establish and manage the CRM support model and governance serving as key contact for change requests, support and questions on CRM, driving continuous review and ongoing development of the solution

  • Coordinate local key user support on configuring local settings (e.g. picklist values and other country-specific fields) in the CRM system, develop local reports/list views, local user administration

  • Develop CRM manual and training, guiding and supporting materials and deliver training support

  • Safeguard and monitor the pan-European CRM business and functional blueprint 

Your Profile

  • Master degree preferably in Business or Marketing

  • >5 years experience in implementing and leading CRM in a commercial environment

  • Able to manage complex projects/programs

  • Excellent technical knowledge of CRM set-up

  • B2B commercial experience in sales, marketing, sales support and/or sales management

  • Strong in stakeholder management

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications

  • Willingness to travel

  • Flexible approach to working conditions and hours

  • Fluent in English, other languages an advantage

  • Customer-focused, accountable/integer, good communication skills, analytical, team player, enthusiastic and energetic, high-performance drive
